IMS uses Maxicom to monitor and manage the irrigation of landscapes for commercial properties.  The goal is to accomplish the challenging priorities of having well-watered plant material using a minimal amount of water. 

As crucial as the technology is to achieving this objective, IMS recognizes that it is not enough.  It also requires a committed hands-on approach. This consists of accurate mapping of individual irrigation zones, thorough on-site inspections of these zones and consistent communications with landscape maintenance contractors and owners. 

  IMS recognizes that each property is unique, even under identical weather conditions, and being able to respond to these differences as needed is crucial to the Maxicom system being applied to its greatest effectiveness.
